The EMSI Video Tracker is a highly customizable software video tracker with applications in the aerospace, defense, and security industries. There are two versions of the EMSI Video Tracker, the Post-Mission Video Tracker and the Real-Time Video Tracker. The Post-Mission Video Tracker produces highly accurate target track centroid position data as a function of IRIG and/or SMPTE time. The Real-Time Video Tracker controls Pan-Tilt-Zoom cameras to keep the target near the center of the video frame. The EMSI Video Tracker easily operates in real-time on any modern Windows PC and excels at tracking large rapidly moving targets. It is currently used by the U.S. Air Force for post mission analysis.
